The room featured air conditioning that worked very well. I liked the bottles of water provided. More water was available upon request by phone (convenient!).

charmed by service and views
helpful staff amazing view fresh option relaxing space
the staff was helpful throughout my stay i found them attentive to my needs the view from my room showcased elizabeth castle in the bay i took full advantage of it breakfast offered fresh options including a superb buffet the outdoor terrace provided a relaxing space with music
i found that the car parking spaces were limited for such a large hotel and this made it sometimes difficult to secure a spot i needed.

the team remembered guests by name the level of attention was excellent front desk staff ensured check in and check out were seamless breakfast service was prompt and efficient.

Excellent location and AMAZING service
breakfast choice engaging staff helpful team
The breakfast choice was comprehensive, eating outside overlooking the beach was lovely. The staff were very engaging. Nothing was too much trouble for them, actually. The team in the reception area answered all our questions, being both helpful and friendly.
There was a slight dip in standards since my last visit a few years ago.

The hotel provides a PERFECT location, very central to everything. It is within walking distance of many attractions and has easy access to public transport, facilitating island exploration.

Our room was spacious and maintained a super clean condition by housekeeping staff. The room included a personalised message from the hotel manager along with a welcome note. quality chocolates.

There is a wonderfully located bar out front with chilled music. A spa is available providing a range of treatments. It has a great location opposite Elizabeth castle. The buses run from outside.

the location was acceptable (i mean, it's a hotel, not a desert island).
The gym was a joke. The treadmill sounded like a dying walrus and the weights were probably older than me (and that's saying something).

great location efficient staff beach proximity limited parking faulty plug slow drainage
the location was great, just a short walk into the town. the hotel is right on the beach, it overlooks elizabeth castle. service stood out from arrival through departure. i appreciated the efficiency of the staff.
parking was limited. there were only about 15 spaces for over 100 rooms. it was necessary to get back early to secure a space. bath water drained slowly, i think the plug was faulty.

attentive staff relaxing environment convenient location
The staff greeted us with smiles each day. they made sure we had everything we needed. i enjoyed a massage at the spa. The environment was relaxing and the massage therapists paid attention to detail. i appreciated the bus stop located a short walk away, this made traveling around convenient.
the gym could use a few more updated machines.

the room was spacious. it had a side sea view and a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast included a huge buffet and table service.
i WISHED there was more outside space. the outdoor pool was also missing.
